Do You Need a Miracle? Yes — God Really Does Answer Prayers
Does God really answer prayers?
Does He hear me when I speak to Him?
Will He come through when I need Him most?
If these questions have ever lingered in your heart — you're not alone.
Many people quietly wonder if prayer actually works, especially when they feel unseen or unheard by the world.
But here’s the truth: Prayer is not a ritual. It’s a relationship.
💬 The Desire to Be Heard
We were created with a deep longing to be connected. Some try to fill it with career, relationships, or entertainment — but nothing ever truly satisfies. There’s a hollow in the heart that only the Creator can fill.
Prayer is our way of talking to God, just like we talk to a close friend. We don’t need to pretend or hide anything — He already knows us inside out. In fact, He knew you even before you were born.
🙏 My Story: A Birthday Miracle
I wanted to surprise my dad with something he had long wished for — a gift he could afford, but his responsibilities always pushed it out of reach.
I prayed, “Lord, I want to gift this to him, but I don’t have enough. Please help me earn the rest somehow.”
I applied for jobs, tried freelance work — and faced rejection after rejection. I decided to wait, even if I had to gift it late. Still, I prayed every morning and stayed close to God's Word.
One morning, I read about how Joshua asked God to stop the sun and moon during battle — and God did it! That same moment, I prayed:
“God, if You stopped the moon for Joshua, help me find a way to gift this to my dad. Why aren't You answering me?”
📩 The Unexpected Answer
The next day, I received an email regarding a forgotten payment I was once owed. I expected it to be small. But when I opened it, my heart stopped.
The amount? Exactly the total I had budgeted for the gift.
Not more, not less — the exact amount.
My eyes welled up with tears. I was overwhelmed, not just by the money — but by the goodness of God.
🌟 God Still Answers
God had not ignored me. He had been working in His own perfect timing.
We often expect God to act our way. But His thoughts are higher, and His ways are far beyond ours. (Isaiah 55:8-9)
“Taste and see that the Lord is good.” — Psalm 34:8
Friend, I want you to taste this same God.
He is faithful.
He is real.
He is listening.
When the world runs away, He runs toward you.
❤️ Final Words
God is not man. He doesn’t forget. He doesn’t lie.
If He promises something — it’s forever.
📌 So trust Him. Taste Him. Lean on Him. You’ll never regret it.
